Do you charge for delivery?: Not inside the M60. Outside it, 75p a mile each way, quoted before you book.
Is a young driver surcharge extra?: Yes, for drivers aged 21 to 24, along with a higher excess. We will give you the figure on the phone before you commit to anything.
What if I bring it back late?: Tell us and we will usually just extend at the prevailing daily rate. Unannounced late returns are the only situation where a penalty applies.
